1 Purpose

3.3 InnerVision Engineering may collect personal information from its trading agreements, credit application forms, communications from customers and prospective customers via telephone, email or in person and the InnerVision Engineering web sites.

 

3.4 InnerVision Engineering will only use and disclose personal information for the primary purpose for which it was initially collected, or for purposes which are directly related to InnerVision

3.5 InnerVision Engineering will take reasonable and practical measures to keep personal information strictly confidential.

4 Disclosure of Personal Information Overseas

 

Innervision Engineering may disclose your personal information to recipients located outside Australia that provide service to us. For example, we may disclose your personal information to third parties which are located in countries like the United States of America, Germany, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Vietnam and Philippines, who provide cloud and data storage services. Where we disclose data overseas, we take measures to ensure your information is treated in accordance with at least the standards that apply in the country whose privacy or data protection laws apply to that personal information (other that when we compelled to make disclosure under local laws).

5.1 Under the Act you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, with some exemptions. We will then provide you with access to your personal information in accordance with the Act.

6.1 If you believe that any personal information InnerVision Engineering has collected about you is inaccurate, not up-to-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, you may request correction. To do so, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to correct it in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
