InnerVision Engineering have just signed on to manage the maintenance of Coles Group’s Parking Guidance Systems across various sites in Australia.

InnerVision will utilize custom-built remote access software to proactively monitor the sites and be alerted to any issues as they occur, allowing them to be addressed efficiently and avoid any downtime.

“We have been researching the parking industry for quite some time and saw a need for a proactive response in regards to the maintenance of car park systems,” said Darren Casha, Managing Director of InnerVision Engineering. “We’ve worked hard to develop a system that is accurate and highly responsive and will ultimately bring greater efficiencies to the parking industry”.

The software allows for remote monitoring of the system from anywhere in the world as long as there is a network connection. The client can choose to either receive alerts directly and manage them themselves or have InnerVision manage the alerts and follow up the issues on the client’s behalf.

Over the last 5 years, InnerVision have developed a strong network of reliable contractors Australia-wide that can be called upon to address any issues as soon as they arise.

“We work hard to ensure our contractors are well trained and up to speed with the latest technology in parking,” said Jack Joy, National Sales Manager at InnerVision Engineering. “We’ve had a very positive response from clients so far. It takes the pressure off them having to manage the situation themselves, leaving them free to focus on other initiatives.”
